Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Deposit of 50% of room cost is required at time of booking.

 

Due to the size of our inn, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we find it necessary to adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

Up to 14 days before arrival date (21 days for Foliage & Holiday reservations), deposits will be refunded less a $30.00 per room service fee.

Within the 14 or 21 day period, the deposit amount (less the $30.00 per room service fee) may be reused for a stay which occurs within six months of cancelled arrival date. Cancellation of the rescheduled visit at any time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Within 48 hours of arrival time (3 pm on arrival day), cancellations, no shows, late arrivals, and/or early departures are responsible for full payment of the entire reserved stay. If the room is rebooked, a credit will be issued, equal to the re-booked value, which may be used towards a future stay which occurs within six months of cancelled arrival date.

General Policies:

Vermont state sales tax is 10% on rooms and meals, and 11% on alcoholic beverages

Two night minimum stay may be required on weekend stays.
Smoking allowed only on balconies, decks and outdoor areas. We welcome children over 12, however, we do not have cribs, high chairs, or children's menus. Regretfully we cannot accept pets. MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards accepted. Check-in time - 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Checkout time - 11:00 a.m.
