Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Vermont state sales tax is 10% on rooms and meals, and 11% on alcoholic beverages. Refunds will be made if cancellations are made 14 days in advance of arrival date, minus a $25.00 service fee . If cancellation occurs within the 14 day period, the deposit amount (less a $25.00 service fee) may be reused for a stay which occurs within six months of cancelled arrival date. Arrival day cancellations, no shows, and/or early departures are responsible for full payment of the entire reserved stay .

General Policies:

Two night minimum stay may be required on weekend stays.
Smoking allowed only on balconies, decks and outdoor areas. We welcome children over 12, however, we do not have cribs, high chairs, or children's menus. Regretfully we cannot accept pets. MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards accepted. Check-in time - 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Checkout time - 11:00 a.m.
